Kelvin was born and raised on a farm and has been fascinated by land and water all his life. He is a firm supporter of property rights for landowners, and knows the best use of land should be thoughtfully considered and well-planned.

The value of conserving and protecting open space is important to him as an avid outdoorsman. He knows our kids and grandkids will need places to live, and wants to give them a chance to live in beautiful places with opportunities to explore like he did while growing up.

Kelvin believes in building, creating, and adding to strong communities where families and individuals can thrive and enjoy where they live.

Thomas Hunt
Civil Engineer

Thomas has extensive civil engineering experience and expertise from single family subdivision planning to large scale commercial developments, having completed civil designs for hundreds of projects in Utah and several surrounding states. Thomas excels at refining site concepts to provide optimum functionality and flow.
